Who
Mathiter is built by Justin Park, who has taught international-school mathematics for years and still teaches every day. The product is operated by Elicova, a sole proprietorship registered in the Republic of Korea. Every question sent to marketing@mathiter.com is answered by the person who wrote the code and most of the questions.
Why it is built this way
The misconception layer is authored, not generated
Every wrong option in the bank was written by someone who has watched students get that question wrong. That is slow, and it is the reason the teaching is the same every time and can be read in advance.
The gaps are published
There is no sales team between you and the limitations, which is why they are on the site rather than in a follow-up call.
It is answered by one address
First reply within 24 hours on working days. Not a support tier, a person.
The risk, stated plainly
A one-person vendor is a continuity risk and it would be dishonest to dress that up. What exists against it: your students' learning history is exportable on request, the product runs on Google Cloud rather than on anything bespoke, and the placement test — the part a department would use first — is free, so nothing is spent before you know whether it works. What does not exist is an escrow arrangement or a second engineer. If that rules us out for your school, it rules us out.
