International School Math 1:1 Tutoring
for SAT · AP · IB · IGCSE.

As a parent sending my own children to international schools, I have thought deeply about math education from a parent's perspective. Built on that experience, I have spent the past 8 years specializing in tutoring international-school middle and high school students, guiding many to outstanding results on SAT Math and AP Calculus BC.

DOES THIS SOUND FAMILIAR?

International school —
and math is the biggest worry.

Built on 8 years teaching international-school students and the firsthand experience of sending my own children to international schools, I deliver math know-how tuned specifically for the international-school curriculum.

PREPARING TO MOVE ABROAD

Q.We're moving abroad soon. Can my child follow math taught entirely in English?

I've watched my own two children — used to Korean math vocabulary — hit walls in English SAT/AP problems. We start building that bridge before you even leave.

INTERNATIONAL SCHOOL IN KOREA

Q.My child is at an international school but the SAT/AP scores aren't there.

Understanding it in class and scoring on the test are two different things. We build test-taking strategies in both Korean and English so the gap closes.

ALREADY LIVING ABROAD

Q.We're already abroad and math has become my child's weakest subject.

1:1 online tutoring delivered via Google Meet inside the Mathiter Web App — distance and time zones don't matter. The same quality you'd get in Korea, delivered to wherever you are.

Mathiter — Math + Iter

'Iter' is Latin for 'path'. Mathiter walks the entire math journey with your child — from start to finish.

HOW LESSONS WORK

From consultation to regular lessons, in 4 steps.

Start with one in-person meeting. Regular lessons run 100% online. Meet first — decide later.

01Chat · Call · Meeting

Parent Consultation

~30 min · Free

Tell us about your child via KakaoTalk, phone, or in person — whichever you prefer. A prior level test makes the conversation even more precise.

02● 1× IN-PERSON

First In-Person Lesson with Your Child

~55 min

We sit down with your child, walk through the level-test results together, and run the first lesson in a relaxed atmosphere. Through natural conversation, we get a clear read on their current level and learning style.

03DECISION

Decide & Schedule

Together

After both meetings, we decide on regular lessons and weekly schedule together. If it isn't the right fit, you walk away with no obligation.

04● 100% ONLINE

Online Regular Lessons

1–3× / week

1:1 live tutoring via Google Meet inside the Mathiter Web App. Same tutor, same schedule, regardless of where the family lives.

One in-person meeting to start, then 100% online — the same quality whether you're in Korea or abroad.

THE MATHITER WEB APP

FAQ

Questions parents ask first.

Yes. PSAT 8/9, PSAT 10, and the PSAT/NMSQT are all covered under the High School plan — same rate, same tutor, same dashboard. Most students start PSAT-focused 10–14 weeks before the October test window.
No. The Mathiter Web App is browser-based (app.mathiter.com) — nothing to install or update. It works on tablet, laptop, desktop, and iPad.
That is exactly why all regular lessons run 100% online. Whether the family relocates abroad or briefly leaves Korea on a holiday, the same tutor and the same schedule continue uninterrupted. Time zones — both Korea and the destination country — are accommodated.
Yes. All current 1:1 lessons are taught directly by the founder, Justin Park. He has taught international-school math for 8 years, with many students scoring 800/800 on SAT Math and 5/5 on AP Calculus BC, and he is currently raising two children in international schools abroad. Future tutors will only be added at the same bar (international curriculum experience + perfect-score track record).
Yes. After the free 30-minute consultation, your child has one trial lesson (55 min, in person) — and only then do you decide whether to commit. The trial is run exactly like a regular lesson.
IB Math (AA/AI, SL & HL), IGCSE Extended Math, Cambridge A-Level Math and Further Math, and Korean CSAT Math are all supported. Each curriculum has its own dedicated content track inside the Web App.
Both card and bank transfer are accepted. Monthly auto-billing is the default, anchored to your child's start date. If a session is missed, a make-up time is scheduled to fill that session; if a make-up cannot be arranged, the next billing date is shifted instead.
